Information About the San Francisco Pride Parade
This year’s San Francisco Pride Parade will take place on June 23 and 24. The mission of the parade, as stated on their website is to, “educate the world, commemorate our heritage, celebrate our culture, and liberate our people.” This is one of the oldest Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender parades in the world.
The parade will begin on June 24th at 10:30am and will go through the heart of San Francisco city on Market Street. It will begin at Embarcadero and go to Civic Center — a straight shot for easy viewing. It is anticipated that there will be more than 100,000 viewers at this amazing event!
